We will not send you marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and every marketing email lets you unsubscribe.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our web hosting, email and payment providers, who process information on our instructions and must keep it secure.
- AI service providers whose models power the solutions we build, only where needed to deliver your project and under terms that do not allow them to train on your data.
- Authorities, where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Where your information is stored
Our website and its data are hosted by a third-party provider, and our team and service providers may process information in India and other countries. Wherever your information is processed, we protect it as described in this policy and use appropriate safeguards for international transfers where the law requires them.
6. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work:
- a security cookie that protects our forms against cross-site request forgery; and
- a login cookie, used only by our staff to access the website's administration area.
We also use Microsoft Clarity cookies to understand how visitors use the website (clicks, scrolling and anonymous session recordings, with anything typed into forms masked). You can block them in your browser settings; see Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
7. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and billing records: for as long as required by tax and business record-keeping laws.
- Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
8. Security
We protect personal information using encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, strong passwords, regular software updates and backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures and will notify affected individuals of a data breach as required by applicable law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete your personal information;
- object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
We extend these choices to all our users. To make a request, email hello@wynstra.ai. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
