These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Devtech Information Technology and Services Private Limited ("Wynstra", "we", "us"). Where we sign a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement with you, that document takes precedence over these terms for the project it covers.
1. Using this website
You may browse this website and contact us through it. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access, introducing malware, sending spam through our forms, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission. The information on the website is general; it is not a binding offer until we confirm a quotation in writing.
2. Our services
We provide AI strategy and consulting, and design, build and support AI agents, chatbots, document AI, knowledge assistants and automated workflows. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in our written proposal or statement of work.
3. Quotes, fees and payment
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Fees are in the currency stated in the quote and exclude applicable taxes such as GST or VAT.
- Projects are normally billed in milestones, with a deposit before work begins. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue.
- Recurring services, such as support plans, are billed in advance for each period.
- Platform licences, AI model usage and cloud hosting are paid by you, either directly to the provider or passed through at cost, unless the quote says otherwise.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, information, access and timely feedback we need to deliver the work.
- Make sure any material you give us (text, images, logos, data) is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Keep account credentials we create for you secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.
5. AI outputs
AI systems can produce answers or actions that are inaccurate or incomplete. We design solutions with grounding, testing, human review and approval steps appropriate to each use, but you remain responsible for how AI outputs are used in your business, and for reviewing them before relying on them for legal, financial, medical or other significant decisions.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
Once you have paid in full for a project, you own the custom source code, designs and content we create specifically for you, and we will hand them over. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual license to use them as part of the delivered work. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and describe the project in general terms.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the recipient, or required to be disclosed by law. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share details of your project.
8. Warranty and support
We will carry out our services in a professional and workmanlike manner. For development projects, we will fix defects in the delivered work that are reported within 30 days of delivery at no extra charge, unless a different period is agreed. After that, support is available under a maintenance plan or at our standard rates. Except as stated here, the services are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages such as loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs committed up to the date of termination. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you materially breach these terms, including non-payment.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion before either party starts formal proceedings.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us applies to that engagement.
